Product: build around a real customer need.
Connect the goal and user journey to a useful first release with clear priorities.
Written scope and acceptance criteria
Give customers something useful, then learn what to build next.
01 / WHY MVPNEXA
An MVP is your first working product, focused on what customers need to use it. We help you set priorities and choose an approach that fits your goals and budget.
02 / THE DIFFERENCE
You do not have to make every technical decision yourself. We shape the release with you and lead design, engineering and testing, using AI to improve delivery efficiency while keeping clear expert accountability.
Tools help you build; you lead the work and its review.
Experts lead the work and take responsibility for reviewing it.
03 / EXPERT GUIDANCE
Know who leads each stage, what you will receive and when your input is needed.
Connect the goal and user journey to a useful first release with clear priorities.
Written scope and acceptance criteriaTechnical leadership covers architecture, permissions, integrations and delivery risks.
Build plan and engineering reviewReview implementation and experience, then test agreed journeys with checks separate from the original implementation.
Testing and checks with technical oversight04 / WHAT YOU GAIN
From the customer experience to daily operations, shape the essentials before launch.
01
Customers can use the product and your team can operate it. Simplify the implementation without removing what makes the experience useful.
02
Review a coded prototype and refine it with us before implementation is completed.
03
Check the important success and failure states, from payment problems to expired sessions.
04
Get the application, repository and operating handover under the agreed ownership and licence terms.
05 / HOW WE WORK
01
Review customer needs, operations and integrations, then agree on scope and price before development.
02
A coded prototype makes the important journeys tangible before the full product is completed.
03
Map data, permissions, integrations and risks into a practical build plan.
04
Deliver connected capabilities through working demonstrations and clear feedback.
05
Verify the acceptance criteria and prepare production and operating handover together.
06 / PACKAGES
A customer experience and the tools to operate it, backed by design, engineering and testing. Explore the examples, then shape the right release with us.
01
A web app for your customers
Let customers book, order or pay—and give your team the tools to manage the service.
Target timeline4–6 weeks after scope approval and receipt of required materials
02
A subscription platform for businesses
Onboard businesses, charge for access and deliver the product in separate workspaces.
Target timeline6–8 weeks after scope approval and receipt of required materials
Your agreed interface in both languages, with the right text direction.
A review environment and a live environment for your product.
The code and instructions you need to run and develop your product.
We fix defects in the agreed work reported within 14 calendar days of documented production handover.
The examples show complete products at these prices—not templates you must follow. We agree your deliverables, price and timeline before you commit. If your idea needs a larger scope, we explain the options upfront. Hosting and external service charges are separate and explained in advance.
We define a provider and clear operations around the product journey, such as taking payment and updating its status. Accounts, database setup, essential notifications and analytics do not consume the included business connection. SaaS billing covers access to the platform; collecting and settling each business’s client payments across multiple parties needs separate assessment. We explain provider fees and account-activation requirements before agreement.
The agreed product essentials are included. For a new business journey, complex integration or larger expansion, we explain the options and cost before work begins.
Small refinements within the agreed journey are reviewed within the plan. Material expansions have their price and timing explained before implementation.
07 / LAUNCH EXAMPLES

When the idea needs deeper shaping
Your first call is free, and normal project scoping is included in the build package. If the idea needs deeper work, an optional 3–5 business-day sprint maps out what to build first, what to defer and the proposed cost and timeline.
2,500
The full fee counts toward your project price if you confirm you’ll build with us within 14 days of receiving the plan.
Start with the Direction Sprint09 / YOUR QUESTIONS
Start with Web if customers will book, order or use a service from your business. Choose SaaS if you plan to sell subscriptions to a platform used by businesses and their teams. Not sure yet? Share your idea and we will help you choose.
Yes. The package covers a complete release like the example—not just a prototype. The examples are not fixed templates: we review your idea and agree the deliverables and price before building. Extensions add capabilities; they do not complete missing essentials from the agreed product.
A technical expert guides key engineering decisions and reviews the work through delivery and launch. Your project plan identifies who is responsible and how you work with them. This provides technical leadership, not a full-time CTO appointment.
Web includes one standard business integration, such as a payment gateway when needed. SaaS includes billing businesses for access to your platform, with activation, renewal and cancellation, plus one additional connection with limited, agreed operations. Collecting and settling those businesses’ customer payments across multiple parties needs separate assessment. Provider fees are separate.
We start with the goal. A simpler build or some manual steps at launch may still deliver the service your customers need. If the release needs more work, we explain the options and cost before you commit.
Before we complete the build, you review an interactive prototype with two feedback rounds. Each round is one collected set of comments. We handle small refinements within the agreed plan and discuss the impact of larger changes before doing the work. Fixing our defects or omitted agreed essentials does not use a feedback round.
Yes. We review your idea and recommend a next step. Normal project scoping is included in the build package. The Direction Sprint is optional when deeper research and planning are useful—not a compulsory first purchase.
Hosting, your domain name, payment-provider fees and external services. We identify the required services and estimated costs before you commit, with accounts in your name where possible.
Yes. The agreed interface includes Arabic and English, with text-direction and mobile/desktop checks. Large-scale content writing or translation beyond the interface is scoped separately when needed.
We target 4–6 weeks for Web and 6–8 weeks for SaaS after scope approval and receipt of required materials. We agree the schedule in your project plan and explain any provider approvals that could affect it.
After payment and handover, you receive the application, code repository and operating instructions, so you can continue with another team. Shared and open-source components retain their licences. We fix defects in the agreed work reported within 14 calendar days of documented production handover. Covered reports remain open until resolved, even after that window ends. Ongoing maintenance and new features are arranged separately.
Special pricing for our first five projects: 14,500 for Web and 22,500 for SaaS, instead of 18,500 and 29,500. Share your idea and we will confirm the price and project details in the written proposal.
10 / WAITLIST
Your requirements do not need to be complete. Share your idea in your own words, and we’ll arrange a free call to understand your needs and find the right starting point together.
