01 / WHY MVPNEXA

Build around the customer problem—not a feature list.

An MVP is your first working product, focused on what customers need to use it. We help you set priorities and choose an approach that fits your goals and budget.

02 / THE DIFFERENCE

Product and engineering experts lead. AI accelerates delivery.

You do not have to make every technical decision yourself. We shape the release with you and lead design, engineering and testing, using AI to improve delivery efficiency while keeping clear expert accountability.

  • You define requirements and scope.
  • You choose the technical solutions.
  • You connect the parts into a complete experience.
  • You verify quality and launch readiness.

Tools help you build; you lead the work and its review.

A useful first release—and a clearer next move.

Built around your idea.

The examples show complete products at these prices—not templates you must follow. We agree your deliverables, price and timeline before you commit. If your idea needs a larger scope, we explain the options upfront. Hosting and external service charges are separate and explained in advance.

What does the included integration cover?

We define a provider and clear operations around the product journey, such as taking payment and updating its status. Accounts, database setup, essential notifications and analytics do not consume the included business connection. SaaS billing covers access to the platform; collecting and settling each business’s client payments across multiple parties needs separate assessment. We explain provider fees and account-activation requirements before agreement.

ROOM TO GROW

Grow the product when the next step is clear.

The agreed product essentials are included. For a new business journey, complex integration or larger expansion, we explain the options and cost before work begins.

  • Native mobile apps
  • Marketplaces and multi-party payments
  • Complex system integrations
  • Deeper workflow automation
Agreed before we build

Small refinements within the agreed journey are reviewed within the plan. Material expansions have their price and timing explained before implementation.
